Spencer Van Etten Youth Association is a not for profit organization that offers year round recreational sports programming for youth in our community and the surrounding areas. We are committed to the development of the values that promote team work, fair play, sportmanship and concern for other, both on and off the field. We welcome players from all backgrounds, abilities and talents who have a desire and passion to learn and play.
Registration for spring season will open in early February 2025

Objectives & Expected Level Of Play By program
Baseball
Spencer Van Etten Youth Association Baseball is a 100% volunteer program that teaches the basic fundamentals of baseball including teamwork and sportsmanship. We are always looking for coaches, umpires and field maintenance help.
Divisions offered under baseball:
- T-Ball
- Coach Pitch
- Minors
- Majors
Baketball
Our basketball program is a 100% volunteer program that teaches the basic fundamentals of basketball including teamwork and sportsmanship.
- 3rd and 4th grade
- 5th and 6th grade
Cheer
The Spencer Van Etten Youth Cheer program is 100% a volunteer program that teaches the basic of cheerleading. We do offer both traditional sideline and competitive cheer. We have both a fall and winter program.
- K-2nd grades
- 3rd-5th grades
- 6th-8th grades
Field Hockey
Spencer Van Etten Youth Association Field Hockey program is a 100% volunteer program that teaches the basic fundamentals of field hockey. We are always looking for coaches, referees and field maintenance help.
- K-6th grades
Football
We currently are looking for a director to bring football back to our organization.
- If you know anyone that would be interested, please reach out to the board.
Soccer
Our soccer program is run through the TCYSA soccer club. We are 100% a volunteer program. We have three sessions that run throughout the year.
- Fall Soccer - K-6th grades
- Winter Indoor Skills and Drills - 1st-6th grades
- Spring Travel Soccer - u08 and u10
Softball
Spencer Van Etten Youth Association Softball is a 100% volunteer program that teaches the basic fundamentals of softball including teamwork and sportsmanship. We are always looking for coaches, umpires and field maintenance help.

- Minors - 3rd-4th
- Majors - 5th-6th
Wrestling
Our Wrestling program is a 100% volunteer program that teaches the basic fundamentals of wrestling which includes teamwork and sportsmanship.
